Questions

How is this different from a testimonial tool?

Testimonial tools start at the quote. Insertum starts earlier: it asks for a score, sends promoters to a testimonial request and everyone else to a follow-up, and keeps all of it on one contact record.

Do my customers need an account?

No. Widgets work anonymously. If you pass your own user ID, responses connect to the same contact across every widget.

Can a customer withdraw a testimonial?

Yes. Consent is recorded with each testimonial, and withdrawing it removes the quote from every wall it appears on.

Will it slow down my site?

The embed is one async script. Published widgets are served from a CDN and update within about 30 seconds of a change.

What happens after the beta?

We will announce pricing well before the beta ends. Early users get a founding price.
